The Bradley Family Foundation (TBFF) is a private nonprofit foundation focused on advancing educational innovation through strategic partnerships and targeted grantmaking. The Foundation’s primary initiative is C.A.S.E. (Communications, Arts, Sciences & Entrepreneurship)—an applied-arts platform designed to connect students with practitioners, industries, and institutions shaping the future of work.
TBFF works with a select network of schools, nonprofit organizations, foundations, and industry leaders to activate resources that support real-world learning opportunities for young people. Through C.A.S.E., the Foundation focuses on creating meaningful collaborations that introduce high school students to the applied arts and skilled trades while building early pathways to careers, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
C.A.S.E. operates as a platform rather than a traditional program. It mobilizes leaders, mentors, institutions, and industry resources to work directly with students through project-based collaboration, exposure to real professional environments, and strategic introductions that help accelerate career pathway development before graduation. The platform integrates communications, arts, sciences, entrepreneurship, and the skilled trades, aligning education with the realities of the modern economy.
The Bradley Family Foundation directs its philanthropic efforts toward initiatives that empower individuals to achieve self-sufficiency through education, mentorship, and access to opportunity. While the Foundation’s primary focus is youth education through the C.A.S.E. platform, TBFF may also support initiatives related to environmental stewardship, community resilience, and animal welfare, as well as select humanitarian efforts responding to emergencies or natural disasters.
TBFF collaborates with qualified nonprofit organizations and other philanthropic partners that share its commitment to measurable impact and student-centered outcomes. Eligible partners are generally non-sectarian organizations recognized as tax-exempt under IRS Section 501(c)(3) or equivalent international entities.
The Foundation operates through a relationship-driven grantmaking process. Grant opportunities are extended by invitation only, following a series of exploratory conversations with prospective collaborators to determine alignment with TBFF’s mission and the goals of the C.A.S.E. platform. An invitation to apply for a grant does not guarantee funding, and grant amounts may vary depending on the scope and potential impact of a proposed initiative. Unsolicited grant requests may not be reviewed or receive a response.
The Bradley Family Foundation is based in Kirkland, Washington, with activities extending throughout the Pacific Northwest and through collaborative partnerships with organizations working to advance applied-arts education globally.
